By using my work, you agree to my Terms of Use. These terms are subject to change or revision; Should the terms be updated, you are deemed to agree to the changed or revised terms.

1. Products purchased from xohu.gumroad.com CAN NOT be redistributed, given, or shared in any state.

2. Products purchased from xohu.gumroad.com CAN NOT be uploaded as a public avatar or on an avatar pedestal. This includes any VR social platforms.

3. Products purchased from xohu.gumroad.com CAN NOT be used in any commercial capacity without given consent from Xohu, and the purchase of commercial licensing for all credited work.The use of these avatars for content creation on platforms such as TikTok or Twitch is allowed, however you must credit for the avatar. You must also have commercial licensing of the credited base model, (unless given prior consent from the credited creator.)

4. DO NOT delete credit meshes/textures of purchased avatars/assets.

5. DO NOT take assets off of avatars for use on other models.

6. DO NOT purchase avatars without prior Unity knowledge.
I do not offer support with basic Unity functionality!

7. DO NOT input fake information at checkout. If you do not provide correct information, your license will be voided.

8. The use of avatars/assets purchased from xohu.gumroad.com for NFTs is prohibited.

9. By purchasing NSFW packages of avatars, you are agreeing that you are over the age of 18. There is no additional restrictions on R-18 or R-18G usage.I am not responsible for any problems that are caused by the use of purchased avatars.

1. I retain full ownership of the work commissioned.

2. Not all commissions will be accepted, and commission forms can be rejected without explanation.

3. Revisions that were not made clear in the original ask will have additional fees.

4. Credited meshes/textures may NOT be deleted or altered in any way without my given consent.

5. I do not represent the views of my clients. I am not responsible for how clients use commissioned work.

6. Commission payments are to be made upfront, and these payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

7. Commissions CAN NOT be used commercially without paying an additional commercial fee.Commercial use is x2.5 the original price.

8. I reserve the right to use commissioned work as promotional material on social media.If you would like a private commission, we can discuss it through Discord.

9. Clients may post commissioned work to social media, so long as credit is given.
